I’ve seen and posted some pretty crazy tattoos in the past but I have never seen one as disturbing as this one.  Apparently this guy who REALLY loves Pokemon decided to get a half dozen implants in his arm and then get some Pokeball tattoos on top of the implants.  I can understand the tattoos, but the implants with them is just gross.  I don’t know how much it cost to make something this disturbing, but whatever the cost, I’m sure I could find a million ways to better spend the money than by doing something like this to yourself.
