I can’t say any of my cats have ever been too picky about having their own bed.  Assuming they don’t have a box to lay in, they usually prefer a human bed or maybe just a blanket on the couch.  A few years ago I tried an actual cat bed and that worked for maybe a week or two before it was ignored.  However, the cat bed I tried looked like it came out of a strippers bedroom so maybe it was just too ugly for my cat.  If I was ever to try a real cat bed again, I would want to try something like this amazing Super Mario Bros. Chain Chomp cat bed.

Etsy seller CatastrophiCreations recently sold this sweet Super Mario Bros. Chain Chomp cat bed for $1,100.  Unfortunately, it has already sold and they don’t intend to make any more.  That makes me wonder, who has $1,100 to spend on a cat bed?!  I wouldn’t even spend that much on my own bed much less a bed for my cat!

Normally I wouldn’t post about something that was sold out with no hope of any more being made but I thought this was just too cool to not post about.
