I can’t imagine that being a superhero pays very well so I can’t say it surprises me too much that Spider-Man has to earn some extra money by washing windows.  It feels like the perfect fit for him too since he isn’t afraid of heights.  However, I am slightly disappointed to see that he isn’t hanging by a spiderweb and is using safety ropes instead.  I guess rope must be more reliable than spider webs.
