When it comes to artistic mediums, most people typically think about things like paint, chalk or even LEGOs, but have you ever thought about salt as an art medium?  Neither have I, but it looks like we better start!  Artist Bashir Sultani apparently loves working with salt and he can makes some amazing things with it.  In this particular case, he made an AMAZING looking version of the Legend of Zelda’s Link character as well as Mario from Super Mario Bros (which is still awesome but not as good looking as Link).  Check out the time-lapse videos of him creating them below.  Prepare to have your mind blown!
