Darth Vader Made From Vegetables [pic]

I’ve posted some geeky food items in the past but this is the first time I believe I have ever had the chance to post something geeky made out of vegetables.  In this particular case, Sushi Chef Oki has created Darth Vader out of carrots.  Its kind of strange seeing Darth Vader in orange rather than the traditional black but I think its a good look for him.  I think the idea of Star Wars character and other geeky icons being created out of fruits and vegetables is a great idea!  Now, which one of you wants to be the first to carve the Battlestar Galactica out of a watermelon?
