I honestly figured that the goofy loopy hat that the one princess wore at the royal wedding not long ago would be the strangest hat I would ever see.  It seems I was wrong about that.  Apparently the woman in the picture below was spotted wearing what I would describe as an already crazy hat only to have an Apple iPad attached to it.  Whoever this is was spotted wearing this bizarre hat at the Royal Ascot, which is apparently some horse racing event in the UK.  I knew that big hats were a thing at horse races here in the states but I think this is taking it a bit too far.
