I’ve long been interested in seeing just how far we can take artificial intelligence which is what has me extremely excited about the upcoming series of Jeopardy! matches with IBM’s Watson supercomputer. Watson is going up against Jeopardy legends including Ken Jennings. Here is a video of a practice round held yesterday for the big matches which I believe are being held today and are set to air in early February (check your local listings). I find the video extremely impressive. IBM has something amazing on their hands and I welcome our new super intelligent computer overlords! Thanks to engadget for the video!

Check your local listings for the exact time and channel the show comes on but I definitely won’t be missing it!
