One of my favorite frozen treats as a kid and something I still have pretty much daily at work is the popular ice cream sandwich.  While I have always preferred to get mine from Schwans, for those that might be interested in making their own with a bit of a geeky twist, I have found the perfect video for you!

In this episode of Nerdy Nummies, Rosanna Pansino shows you how to create some cute ice cream sandwiches that look like the classic Game Boy handheld.  She does a fantastic job of explaining how to do everything so hopefully you can’t screw up these ice cream sandwiches too bad so that you can enjoy some delicious Game Boy treats this summer!  There are also a ton of helpful links in the YouTube description as well including the square and d-pad templates as well as the list of ingredients she uses and links to where you can find them on Amazon.
