When there is something strange in your video game console, who you gonna call?  Ghostbusters!  OK, so perhaps that isn’t as catchy as the original Ghostbusters theme but it seemed fitting for this awesome t-shirt.  The amazing people over at ThinkGeek are selling this fantastic t-shirt featuring the Ghostbusters driving Ecto-1 to chase down a couple of Pac-Man ghosts for just $21.99 (up to $23.99 for XXXL).  I am feeling so inspired by just looking at this shirt, I can’t decide if I should go watch Ghostbusters or just have a retro gaming weekend!  Either way, I want this shirt!

Although I do enjoy some chocolate on occasion, I generally don’t eat a whole lot of it because I find it overwhelming pretty quickly.  Usually, a handful of M&Ms and I am good, so I have a feeling that one of these Mario Kart chocolates would be a bit much for me.  Apparently these awesome Mario and Toad Mario Kart chocolates were spotted for sale at La Chocolatiére – Les Paillardises de Rouen.  As amazing and detailed as these Mario Kart chocolates are, I don’t think I would pay ~$42 for one.

I can’t say I play as many strategy games as I used to, but growing up, I was addicted to the Command and Conquer games.  Actually, writing for various C&C fan sites was how I got my start in blogging over a decade ago!  Well, although I don’t play much Command & Conquer these days (maybe a few games a month), but it put a huge smile on my face when I saw these amazing GDI and NOD Jack-0′-lanterns created by Trevor Vaughn for Halloween a few years ago.  I don’t think the GDI logo has ever looked so good!

Its not too uncommon to find some cool Batman cakes floating around like the awesome LEGO Batman cake I posted not long ago, but this is the first Poison Ivy cake I have ever seen and it is amazing!  It won the silver award at the NEC Cake International Competition in November 2011.  The level of detail on this cake is just fantastic!  This Poison Ivy cake was made by the fantastic cake makers at Mamma Jamma Cakes, the same people that made the Doctor Who TARDIS cake I posted last year as well as the blue Dalek cake I posted last year.  Too bad they aren’t in my area because I would have them make me an amazing cake like this!

I’ve always been impressed with people that are masters at origami.  It is mind blowing some of the things that some people can make by just folding paper.  The only origami I have ever done was to make a frog that jumps back in grade school thanks to a foreign exchange student from Japan that would come in occasionally and teach us something about her country.  Anyway, some origami master apparently decided to take a couple dollar bills and turn them into the Enterprise from Star Trek!  It is awesome!  If you have any awesome origami skills, let us know in the comments!

Despite having seen some people make some absolutely mind blowing things in Minecraft, I still don’t really see the appeal of the game.  I know people love the game, I just don’t think it looks like that much fun.  Regardless about how I feel about the game, I still love seeing the crazy things people build in it or in this case, a cake made to look like a Minecraft grass block.  Sweet Disposition Cakes from Adelaide, Australia used 1,025 little blocks to make this amazing looking Minecraft grass block cake.  Talk about some tedious work with an incredible result!
