I’m alive!  I know it has been some months since I have posted anything but sometimes life can be a mess (surgery on my back, got diagnosed with cancer and trying to get my mom into a nursing home to name a few things).  I could talk about that stuff at length and maybe at some point I will make a post about it for those curious, but for right now, I bring you something amazing and yummy!  One amazing Star Trek fan made this fantastic gingerbread USS Defiant from Star Trek Deep Space Nine!

Its amazing the cool things you can find on Twitter which is where I found this yummy DS9 creation.  This amazing gingerbread USS Defiant from Star Trek Deep Space Nine was created by Eve England (@evieengland).  It looks too good to eat!  And on a side note, why must Twitter use such bizarre image formats?  What the hell is JFIF?!  Anyway…

This isn’t the first time I have posted some amazing Star Trek gingerbread creations as I have posted some impressive ones in the past like a crashing Star Trek Enterprise gingerbread ship and a TOS style gingerbread Star Trek communicator, but this is the first I have come across from DS9 which is by far my favorite Star Trek series.

Have you ever made any geeky gingerbread creations?  I can’t say gingerbread has ever been part of my holiday traditions (and I’m just not a huge gingerbread fan anyway) so I have never made anything really cool like this.  But if you have, please make sure to share some pictures in the comments below because I would love to see the geeky gingerbread things you guys have made!
