Apparently we have circled our star successfully again causing the big number on the calender on my computer to change which for many people means its time to make promises to themselves they most likely won’t keep. I’m told they call those things resolutions but the word has a completely different meaning to me. But since nobody is talking about my kind of resolution around this time of year, lets talk about your geeky resolutions for the new year!
So I want to know, do you have any geeky resolutions for the new year? Perhaps you are finally going to learn that programming language you always wanted or start a YouTube channel? Let me know in the comments below what geeky new years resolutions you are making!
As for the geekier of my resolutions (there are a few normal ones like continue to lose weight and start investing toward my retirement), those include posting on here at least once every day this year, finally beating a Panga level on Super Mario Maker (I’ve been working on trying to beat Skyzo all week), learn Klingon and put enough time in my Cyberspace Fortress business to finally get it off the ground. I’d also like to start some e-commerce businesses and take up the hobby of astrophotography.
Will I stick to any of these resolutions? I guess we will find out by the end of the year but I really hope I do.
If you have any tips for sticking to your new years resolutions, I want to hear them in the comments! I don’t always have the motivation I need so any help would be greatly appreciated! Oh, and just because I’m curious, let me know what screen resolutions you are running this year! You didn’t think you were going to get away without telling me that did you?
Happy New Year from Global Geek News!
