Super Smash Brothers now on a TI-83/84. Kiss your math grade goodbye!

TI-83 Super Smash Bros

If you thought math class was boring, its probably because you never spent it playing games on your calculator like I did when I was in high school.  I was lucky enough to have one of those TI-83+ Silver Edition calculators which had double the RAM of a normal TI-83 which I discovered allowed me to put more than just math formulas into the calculator.  Much of my time in math class was spent playing the classic Wolfenstein 3D on my calculator.  Well, if you too want to risk a major drop in your math grades, now you can play a Super Smash Brothers de-make!

Omnimaga (a site dedicated to video games on calculators) user Hayleia has created an open source de-make of Super Smash Brothers that looks like a great way to kill some time in math class.  Right now it only has Fox and Falco from Starfox but more characters can be added and he is looking for help if anybody is interested in lending a hand to the project.

Here are some gifs of the game in action.  Share this with all of your Super Smash Bros. loving friends!  Like Global Geek News on Facebook too!
