The past few days, I have been playing a lot of the new Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds on the 3DS and I am loving every minute of it!  If you have a 3DS and haven’t bought it yet, I highly recommend it!  And if you don’t have a 3DS, this is the perfect excuse to get one.

Well, speaking of Zelda and the 3DS, the reason I am doing this very rare Thursday post is because Nintendo is giving away the Legend of Zelda: Four Swords anniversary edition for FREE on the 3DS’ eShop for the next 4 days.  I thought you guys might be interested in knowing that so you can get your Zelda on this weekend.

This anniversary edition differs from the original in that it has new levels you can unlock based on past Zelda games and it has a new single player mode.

The deal lasts through the end of 2/2/14 (Sunday) so if you don’t have your 3DS sitting next to you right now, you still have a little time to jump on this deal.

I got my copy of this game a long time ago for being one of the first adopters of the 3DS when Nintendo gave away a bunch of free classic games on it to appease existing owners after the dropped the price on it right away.  I can’t say I have spent more than a couple of hours with it but it seemed like a good game.  I plan on going back and playing it through after I finish A Link Between Worlds.
