Having moved over to ebooks years ago when I got my Kindle 2, I haven’t been in a physical book store in years. However, I know there are a lot of people out there who don’t want to move into the 21st century and still prefer reading physical books and buying from brick and mortar book stores. While I generally don’t understand why people wouldn’t want to move to ebooks as I find them to be much more convenient and usually cheaper than physical books, they do have one thing that us ebook users don’t have and that is awesome book displays.
Speaking of awesome book displays one store which I am guessing is probably a Barnes & Noble (although I have no idea where) apparently decided to try to cash in on the excitement over the upcoming Hobbit movie by selling sets of the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings books in a giant display made to look like the Eye of Sauron. I declare this to be amazing!
