A little over a year ago (my how time flies when you are having fun!), I posted a rather spectacular looking Stargate cake and although that cake is an amazing and absolutely delicious looking, it can’t even compare to this absolutely mind blowing Stargate cake with accompanying cupcake that is the dial for the Stargate.

The crisp level of detail achieved on this cake by Custom Cake Designs is some of the best I have ever seen.  The realistic looking water effect is really cool too!  However, as amazing as cake is, I think my favorite part is the cupcake made to look like the dial home device.  I wish all cupcakes had that level of detail on them!  I don’t know what Custom Cake Designs charges to make something like these but I have a feeling its not enough!
