Not being a gingerbread fan, I can’t say I have ever cared much about gingerbread houses, but this is easily the most spectacular gingerbread house I have ever seen!  Darcy from The Infinite Yums is the creator of this amazing Super Mario Bros gingerbread castle that looks way too good to eat!  Apparently this was made to be sold auction at something called the Festival of the Trees.  This definitely brings back some fond memories of Super Mario Bros 64 and I would love to be the owner of this gingerbread house / castle!  Hit up the source link below for a bunch of more pictures including some great closeups!
