How companies interact with customers and the press has always been something that has fascinated me. I find it interesting how different one company handles a situation compared to others in similar situations. Some companies take the approach that the customer is always right while others take the please don’t sue us although we don’t want to change anything approach. Well, when I saw this comic highlighting the differences between how various tech giants apologize, I found it rather entertaining. I do find it kind of suspicious how good Google comes off though.
