There is probably nothing that screams Doctor Who fan more than having a TARDIS and Dalek tattoo on your shoulder (with the possible exception of having a sonic screwdriver tattoo).  This is probably one of the cooler looking Doctor Who tattoos I’ve seen with the TARDIS and Dalek appearing to travel through the time vortex.  Congrats to this person on their colorful and geeky shoulder!
