Its no secret that I am not a Harry Potter fan and have no desire to become one, but I can recognize an amazing cake when I see one! Apparently this amazing Hogwarts cake was made for the 2007 movie premier of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I post a lot of awesome looking cakes on here but it isn’t too often that I find one that looks like it took a team of bakers a couple of days to make. The detail that went into this Hogwarts cake is amazing and I assume it ended up feeding a lot of people based on my guess of the size of it. As amazing as this cake is, it still doesn’t make me interested in reading any of the Harry Potter books. Sorry.
