If it isn’t obvious by now, I love geeky cakes and I am a huge Star Trek fan.  Seeing some amazing Star Trek cakes tends to make my day and the cake below is no exception!  The popular cake making show on the Food Network, Ace of Cakes made this amazing cake of the bridge of the Enterprise from Star Trek The Original Series.  While I will admit that I have never been a big fan of TOS, I still think this cake is awesome!  Sadly, this cake is boldly went into somebody else’s mouth instead of mine.  I bet it tasted pretty good.
