We have posted a number of Super Mario Bros. related cakes in the past (Like this one and this one) but this is the first 1-Up mushroom cake I have seen.  I’m sure this 1-up mushroom birthday cake made the person having the birthday very happy.  Whats not to love about getting an extra life for your birthday?  Now if only I could get the ability to throw fireballs for my birthday…  Anyway, if you could have a Super Mario Bros cake for your birthday, what would you want it to be of?  Let us know in the comments!  Personally, I think I would go with a Yoshi cake.
