I’ve never been one to hide the fact that I am a pirate. While I have Netflix and watch a lot of movies and tv shows on it, I have a major hatred for DRM, extra long trailers that I can’t skip, annoying FBI warnings and numerous other things that come along with watching something legitimately when you rent or buy a DVD. The Tumblr blog Cool Images proves my point when it comes to DRM with this picture of a DRM error that his Windows Media Player throws up when he tries to watch a rented DVD. DRM doesn’t slow down the pirates and only causes legitimate consumers a headache just like this picture shows. Death to digital copy protection!
